Common questions
What hardware do I need?
Any screen attached to a device with a web browser: a Fire TV Stick, a smart TV (Samsung, LG, Google TV), a Windows PC or mini-PC, a tablet. There is no proprietary player box to buy.
How do I run it on a Fire TV Stick?
Install the free Amazon Silk Browser from the Fire TV app store, open your player address, and enter the pairing code from your dashboard. If you want the sign to start automatically when the TV powers on, install Fully Kiosk Browser instead and set your player address as its start URL.
Can I really just upload a PowerPoint?
Yes. Upload a PPT or PPTX, tell us how many seconds each slide should stay on screen, and it's converted to a smooth video automatically. Edit the deck later? Upload again and swap it in.
What happens when my trial ends?
Nothing turns off. Your account moves to the Free plan, which includes one screen forever. If you were using more screens or locations during the trial, upgrading to Business or Enterprise picks up right where you left off.
Can different stores show different content?
Yes — that's what locations are for. Group screens by store, give each location its own rotation, and override any single screen when one store runs a promotion the others aren't.
Can I cancel anytime?
