Your Digital Signage
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Your Digital Signage (the "Service"), operated by Your Digital Signage ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.
1. The Service
Your Digital Signage lets you manage digital displays: upload and schedule content (images, video, and — on paid plans — PowerPoint and Excel files converted to video), connect live data sources, pair display devices, organize locations, and invite team members. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information (name, company, and a valid email address) and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
- Team members you invite operate under your workspace, and you're responsible for their use of it.
- We may limit the number of accounts that can be created from a single network to prevent abuse.
3. Plans, trials & billing
- Free plan: 1 screen, images and video only, 100 MB storage. Free means free — no card required.
- Trial: new accounts receive a 15-day trial of Business features. When it ends, accounts revert to the Free plan automatically; nothing is charged.
- Business plan: billed monthly or annually via our payment processor (Stripe). 10 screens are included; additional screens are billed per screen per month at the rate shown at purchase, prorated when added or removed mid-cycle. Annual billing discounts the base plan only.
- Cancellation: you can cancel any time; paid features remain active until the end of the period already paid for. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Price changes: we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects your existing subscription.
- Enterprise: custom plans are governed by their separate written agreement where one exists.
4. Your content
- Content you upload stays yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process (including converting files to video), and transmit it solely to operate the Service — for example, delivering it to your paired screens.
- You're responsible for having the rights to everything you display, including images, video, fonts, and any music in your videos (public performance of music can require its own licensing).
- We may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- display or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or that you don't have rights to;
- display adult content or content designed to harass or incite harm;
- probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, attempt to access other customers' data, or circumvent plan limits or security measures;
- resell the Service without our written agreement.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" — we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Displays are designed to keep playing their last-loaded rotation during brief outages. Planned maintenance will be scheduled to minimize disruption where practical.
7. Suspension & termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for us or other customers, or go unpaid, with notice where practicable.
- After account closure, we may delete your content and data following a reasonable wind-down period (see the Privacy Policy for retention details).
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $50 if you've paid nothing).
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; if a change is material we'll notify you by email or in the portal at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin,United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
