These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Your Digital Signage (the "Service"), operated by Your Digital Signage ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using the Service on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirm you have authority to do so.

1. The Service

Your Digital Signage lets you manage digital displays: upload and schedule content (images, video, and — on paid plans — PowerPoint and Excel files converted to video), connect live data sources, pair display devices, organize locations, and invite team members. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $50 if you've paid nothing).

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; if a change is material we'll notify you by email or in the portal at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
