Locations

Group screens by store. Screens set to follow location all play the location's rotation — change a promotion once and every screen at that store updates. Any screen can switch to a custom rotation when one store runs something different.

Content library

Images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP), video (MP4, WebM), PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) and Excel (XLS/XLSX) — both converted to video automatically, you choose seconds per slide or sheet. Up to 2 GB per file, upload as many as you need.

Integrations

Show live data on your screens. Each integration becomes an item in your library — add it to any rotation and set how long it stays on screen. The screen renders the live page, so dashboards update on their own.

Power BI

In Power BI: open your report → File → Embed report → Publish to web (public) → copy the link.

Excel (OneDrive / Excel Online)

In Excel for the web: File → Share → Embed → choose what to show → copy the embed URL (the src of the iframe code).

Google Sheets / Any web page

Google Sheets: File → Share → Publish to web → copy the link. Or paste any dashboard URL (Grafana, Tableau Public, weather, news). The page must allow embedding.

Import from cloud storage

Pull files straight from OneDrive, Box, or Google Drive into your library — images, video, PowerPoint, and Excel (converted automatically). Imported copies live on your signage server, so screens keep playing even if the cloud file moves.

OneDrive

Right-click the file → Share → set to Anyone with the link → Copy link. SharePoint / OneDrive for Business links work too.

Box

Open Share on the file → click the link settings (gear) → copy the Direct Link (app.box.com/shared/static/…). Plain share links won't work without it.

Google Drive / any file URL

Drive: Share → Anyone with the link → copy. Or paste any direct link to an image, video, or PowerPoint file.

Team

Invite people to help manage screens and content. They see everything in this workspace except billing and team settings. You are the workspace owner.

Notifications

Get an email when one of your screens goes offline, and another when it recovers. Emails include the screen's name, its store location, and a map link when it's been placed.

User management

Every customer account on this server. Changing a plan takes effect immediately (and ends any trial). Deleting a user removes all of their content, screens, and locations.
